My month-long program (Access for 6 months) provides all the step-by-step tools and education so that you can integrate the energy of the season through deep nutrition and ancient medicine into the everyday, to become your own best advocate, detoxify and balance with ease. These long term benefits will help you to become healthier, fitter and more energized, physically and emotionally. 

This is not a fast nor classic juice cleanse. This sustainable approach to healthy living provides a blend of plant-based meals, juices, smoothies, soups, Ayurvedic stews and herbal remedies that have been specifically chosen for their seasonal ingredients, and thermogenic energies. The course is intended to be used as a guide wherever you are in your health journey with the option of following a more traditional two week cleanse protocol. The addition of cleansing herbal remedies and therapies is also included, but optional.
