INGREDIENTS
2 cups Pumpkin Seeds
½ cup Cacao Nibs
½ cup Goji Berries
4 Dates
¼ cup Molasses
¼ cup Cacao powder
1 tablespoon Pearl Powder
1 teaspoon Ashwagandha
1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
½ teaspoon Schisandra powder
½ teaspoon Himalayan Salt
Stevia to taste (optional)
Additional cacao powder, salt flakes and schizandra powder optional for assembly.
INSTRUCTIONS
In a food processor, pulse and process pumpkin seeds until they form a fine powder and begin hold their shape when formed.
Add cacao nibs and continue to pulse until broken down. Add goji berries, dates, and dry ingredients and process again until all ingredients are well combined. Add molasses and process until well blended.
Using a tablespoon measure, scoop mixture and roll into balls with your hands. Roll into cacao powder and sprinkle salt flakes and schisandra berry powder if desired.
